Returns Policy
All blocks have a 30 day return period, but if the return is not due to a fault of mine, the buyer will pay shipping for the return as well as a 15% restocking fee.
If i am at fault for the return, you will not owe anything, this includes being sent the wrong block, or dimensions being off by more than 1/8 inch in thickness, 1/4 inch in width or 1/2 inch in length.
BEST grade blocks are also covered by my unseen protection, so if the blocks insides are heavily damaged, unfigured, or for other reasons not of the best quality, i will offer either a return, or a refund on the difference in value between the best grade block and the figure as revealed.
Color shifting is not a cause of fault, as wood is an natural product and colors may shift. I do my best to accurate capture and show the appearance of wood, over time oxygen and uv light can cause these colors to darken, however is a light sanding is all that is needed to remove this darkened layer.

Shipping is done in flat rate boxes, with the normal charge being 9.95 USD anywhere in the U.S.

Shipping to anywhere else in the world is 37 USD
