This is a Beautiful kitchen axe, perfect for work that takes a little more power than a typical american home butcher cleaver. The blade is ground all the way from top to bottem though, so it has a surprising slicing capability, though it is no laser, it is more than just a brute force axe.

It excels at cutting bone, tough sinew and anything else that might get in the way. I also had a ton of fun throwing a few of these at a tree.
